We are looking for a Finance Administrator to work as part of our Finance Team and in collaboration with other departments. A full-time position would be 35 hours per week, however, part-time hours may also be available for the right candidate.

    • Have excellent customer service, administrative and organisational skills
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

Responsibilities Will Include:

You will have wide-ranging responsibilities including

    • Managing payment queries from our internal teams and directly from our Members
    • Managing and handling payments, direct debit instructions and refunds of insurance premiums, including cash, cheques and BACS
    • Making calls to Members to discuss late or missing payments
    • Processing invoices and setting up purchasing and claims payments
    • Handling and preparing for banking all monies received in accordance with agreed company procedures
